I’m an amateur baker, renaissance woman, and it sometimes feels as though I work for my two cats.  Making delicious foodstuffs is an outlet for me to escape the pressures of daily life, and as a person with little to no sweet tooth I lean very strongly towards the savory side of the spectrum.  A world without cheese is a world I have no interest in living in.
